At Padel Repair Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased through our website or directly from us.
Services (Repairs & Custom Work)
Due to the nature of repair and custom services:
• All repair services are non-refundable once the work has begun.
• Custom work (including personalised modifications or custom materials) is non-refundable.
If you believe a repair was not completed as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
In addition to the above, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
• If a repair is not possible to be repaired due to the bat being beyond a repairable state upon inspection, postage is required to be paid by the customer to return the equipment to them.
Shipping Costs
• Padel Repair Lab will only cover the return shipping costs, after services has been completed and payments has been made by the customer.
• Shipping costs to Padel Repair Lab are to be covered by the customer in full.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
